If you do not know your type yet, find it with the 16 Morning Types test. For what the four letters mean, see How to read the 16 Morning Types.

Tips for the 16 types

TypeTip
🐰 HPSR
Unstoppable Morning Master
On a good day, raise the difficulty one step and see where your limit is.
🐱 HPSD
Quiet Craftsman
After a mistake, take one deep breath. Treat it as today's quota and move on.
🦊 HPFR
Moody Genius
Note what a good day looked like (wake-up time, your first keystroke) so you can repeat it.
🦌 HPFD
Sensitive Ace
Make the task right after a mistake slow and exact. The speed comes back on its own.
🐕 HWSR
Full-Speed Charger
Make a habit of checking just the last character. Accuracy goes up without losing speed.
🐻 HWSD
My-Pace Locomotive
When you stumble, stop your hands, read the task out loud, then start again.
🐿️ HWFR
Roller Coaster
On an off morning it is fine to lower the difficulty. Keeping it up is the best training.
🦝 HWFD
Wild Early Bird
Pick one morning switch, such as opening the curtains as soon as you get up.
🐢 TPSR
Unshakable Artisan
Pick up the tempo a little on short tasks only. Your score rises while accuracy holds.
🦉 TPSD
Silent Perfectionist
Set typo tolerance to Easy and try a morning that does not have to be perfect.
🐼 TPFR
Whimsical Master
Your ups and downs often follow your bedtime. A regular bedtime helps keep things even.
🐑 TPFD
Delicate Artist
Before starting your day, recall the one task you typed best this morning.
🐧 TWSR
My-Own-Way Pacer
You improve the longer you continue. Take the test again in a week and the change is clear.
🐨 TWSD
Laid-Back Sleepyhead
Set the alarm five minutes earlier and have a glass of water before typing. The first task changes.
🦦 TWFR
Slow-Start Grinder
Start with short tasks. Once the engine is running, the second half keeps getting better.
🦥 TWFD
Half-Asleep Type
For now, make the only goal doing it every morning. Take the test again in a week to see the change.

One tip at a time

Trying to fix everything at once does not last in the morning. Try the one tip in your row for a week. In the app, each morning's score and type are saved, so you can see the change.
